I use ACT, TF-CBT, CBT, and EXA Therapy to help clients who have difficulties with: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, daily life struggles and several other mental health differences. Together, my clients and I work towards psychological flexibility using a framework that focuses in on their values, mindfulness techniques, as well as cognitive diffusion and other framework components. I also like to have available several expressive arts mediums and utilize elements of movement, silence, storytelling, and sound to aid in the processing of different emotions.
With my holistic and person centered approach, lets set SMART Goals & specific objectives to help you meet your over all goals. Let's also process difficult emotions by focusing in on the connection between thoughts (what you think), feelings (both physically AND emotionally), and actions (what you've done, might do different, and others possible actions).
Utilizing my background in Sociology, Clinical Skills, Music and Art, let me help you work through some of the difficulties you might be struggling with.
